The RPM 5 takes a lot of technology from its bigger brother the RPM 9 to make it a stunning sounding table. The carbon wrapped ultra low resonance carbon fiber wrapped chassis, the inverted platter with a ceramic ball bearing for low rumble, and an incredibly massive satinized acrylic platter create an acoustic powerhouse. Also using a solid piece of carbon fiber for the tonearm makes it have almost no resonance but gives ultimate flexability for an array of different cartridges.
