This oven is constructed out of stainless-steel parts treated with powder coating, which is resistant to high temperatures, and makes your oven highly durable. Alfa ovens utilize European Ceramic Fiber to insulate the cooking chamber and ensures all heat stays inside. Paired with unique, interchangeable refractory bricks that heat up faster and retain heat longer. The door is equipped with a black grip, allowing you to adjust the draft with ease while controlling the fire inside the oven. A convenient ledge at the mouth of the oven makes it easy to check the progress of your food and make any adjustments without feeling the heat of the oven too much. Don't worry, assembly is easy!
